The box came crumpled and torn, but the cup holder was not damaged. The latches are set with white rings, they do not press anything there, they only spoil the view. I put them inside the mounts to the base, nothing dangles or plays. In general, it's not bad, and the plastic is even, it looks neat. I did not communicate with the seller, it arrived faster than the deadline in the national parcel.

was very skeptical about this, bmw vents are pretty weak, attached the cup holder and drove around with a 500ml bottle of water in it, it didnt budge not once. i feel safe now to try with a coffee. the quality is pretty good too . i will buy another for a friend.
